Day 1
- Breakfast – Lemonade
- Lunch – Easy Sweet and Hot Louisiana Style Chicken Salad, grissini breadstick
- Snack – 1 apple
- Dinner – Sirloin Steak and Tomato Kabobs, grissini breadstick
- Snack – 1 handful of strawberries tossed in 1 tablespoon 2% milk + 1 drop stevia
DAY 2
- Breakfast – Coffee with stevia and 1 tablespoon 2% milk
- Lunch – Lemon Cod and Spinach Salad, grissini breadstick
- Snack – 1 apple
- Dinner – 3.5 oz. grilled chicken breast, Asian Cucumber Salad, grissini breadstick
- Snack – Cinnamon Grapefruit
Day 3
- Breakfast – Tea or Coffee with stevia and 1 tablespoon 2% milk
- Lunch – Strawberry Protein Smoothie (meal replacement made with Easy Protein Smoothie Base Mix and 1 handful of strawberries)
- Snack – Lemonade, cucumber slices with Simple Girl Sweet & Hot Louisiana Seasoning, grissini breadstick
- Dinner – Steak with Chili Sauce, grissini breadstick
- Snack – 1 apple
Day 4
- Breakfast – Iced Cappuccino
- Lunch – Tuna Salad, 1 cup celery sticks, grissini breadstick
- Snack – 1 apple
- Dinner – Steak Spinach Salad with Simple Girl Balsamic Dressing, grissini breadstick
- Snack – Fruit Smoothie
Day 5
- Breakfast – Coffee with stevia
- Lunch – BBQ Chicken Salad, grissini breadstick
- Snack – 1 orange
- Dinner – 3.5 oz grilled chicken breast, grilled asparagus
- Snack – Apple Crumble
Day 6
- Breakfast – Tea or Coffee with stevia
- Lunch – 3.5 oz grilled white fish, sliced cucumber drizzled with Simple Girl Citrus Ginger Dressing, grissini breadstick
- Snack – 1 handful of strawberries tossed in 1 tablespoon 2% milk + 1 drop stevia
- Dinner – 90% ground beef, Homemade Salsa, grissini breadstick, ½ cup Homemade Applesauce
Day 7

- Lunch – 3.5 oz. chicken breast and 1 handful sliced strawberries on a bed of lettuce with Simple Girl Sweet Vinaigrette or Balsamic Dressing, grissini breadstick
- Dinner – 3.5 oz grilled steak with 1 medium grilled onion, grissini breadstick
