As you may already know, Phase 2 of the HCG Diet is also called many other names, such as VLCD Phase (very low-calorie diet phase), P2 or Phase 2 (losing phase), 500 calorie phase, reducing phases, etc. So, don't get confused when you see various names for this section of the HCG Diet.
Phase 2 is the most important section of the HCG Diet because it's when you actually lose weight, one average 0.5 - 1 pound per day or average 3 pounds per week (woohoo).
