Ingredients
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 medium onion sliced very thin
  • 100 grams raw chicken breast
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp milk (fat-free, 1%, 2%, or Whole)
  • 3/8 cup low sodium chicken broth
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Instructions
  1. Heat garlic, ginger and onion in a non-stick skillet on medium heat for about 5 minutes until the onion is translucent.

  2. Add chicken and cook for about 2 minutes until it is white.

  3. Add curry powder and cook for 2 minutes.

  4. Add chicken broth and milk.

  5. Stir; put heat on low.

  6. Simmer for 10 minutes until sauce reduces and thickens.

  7. Add salt and cook for another 2 minutes.

  8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
