Ingredients
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 medium onion sliced very thin
- 100 grams raw chicken breast
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp milk (fat-free, 1%, 2%, or Whole)
- 3/8 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Instructions

Heat garlic, ginger and onion in a non-stick skillet on medium heat for about 5 minutes until the onion is translucent.

Add chicken and cook for about 2 minutes until it is white.

Add curry powder and cook for 2 minutes.

Add chicken broth and milk.

Stir; put heat on low.

Simmer for 10 minutes until sauce reduces and thickens.

Add salt and cook for another 2 minutes.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
