This HCG Diet chili recipe is safe for Phase 2 (VLCD Phase) of the diet and counts as 1 meat serving and 1 vegetable serving.

This recipe calls for Clear Stevia sweetener which can be found on our online store.
- 100 g extra lean ground beef (93% fat free)
- 1 c canned diced tomatoes* *Make sure there is NO ADDED SUGAR in the canned tomatoes. Allowable ingredients are salt, calcium chloride and citric acid.
- 3 tbsp water
- 3 drops clear stevia
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp cumin
- sea salt to taste
- black pepper to taste

Put on gloves before handling raw meat if on Phase 2 of the HCG Diet.

Brown ground beef using a George Foreman grill or non-stick fry pan.

Pat burger with a paper towel to remove all grease.

Crumble burger and place in a small saucepan.

Add canned tomatoes, water, stevia, chili powder, onion powder, cumin, salt and pepper.

Stir together.

Cover with lid and simmer on low heat for about 10-15 minutes until warm, stirring frequently to avoid burning.

After thoroughly heated, pour into a bowl and savor this hearty wholesome meal!
