Apple Pancakes (Phase 3)

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 tbsp Water
  • dash salt
  • 6 drops stevia (may use any 0 calorie sweetener equal to 2 tsp sugar)
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 medium apple

Instructions

  1. Finely chop apple and set it aside.

  2. Combine all pancake batter ingredients and mix until smooth.

  3. Fold apple pieces in until all are coated with batter.

  4. Spray non-stick pan and prepare like a regular pancake.

  5. When done, place on a plate and drizzle with sugar-free syrup or spread on a little butter and sprinkle with a little cinnamon and powdered stevia or some other sugar substitute.
