Heat 1 tbsp water in a medium size pot on medium heat.
Add 1 clove garlic and cook 1-2 minutes.
Add spinach and 1/16 tsp salt and toss to coat.
Cook until mostly wilted 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from the stove and stir in lemon juice.
Place in a bowl and keep warm.
Increase heat to medium-high.
Add 1 tbsp water and remaining garlic clove, cook 1-2 minutes.
Add shrimp, crushed red pepper, and the remaining salt.
Cook, stirring, until the shrimp are cooked through, 3-5 minutes.
Serve the shrimp over the cooked spinach you set aside.
Sprinkle with a dash of crushed red pepper and enjoy!
