No Beans About It HCG Diet Chili (Phase 2)

Ingredients

  • 100 g extra lean ground beef (93% fat free)
  • 1 c canned diced tomatoes* *Make sure there is NO ADDED SUGAR in the canned tomatoes. Allowable ingredients are salt, calcium chloride and citric acid.
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 3 drops clear stevia
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp cumin
  • sea salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Put on gloves before handling raw meat if on Phase 2 of the HCG Diet.

  2. Brown ground beef using a George Foreman grill or non-stick fry pan.

  3. Pat burger with a paper towel to remove all grease.

  4. Crumble burger and place in a small saucepan.

  5. Add canned tomatoes, water, stevia, chili powder, onion powder, cumin, salt and pepper.

  6. Stir together.

  7. Cover with lid and simmer on low heat for about 10-15 minutes until warm, stirring frequently to avoid burning.

  8. After thoroughly heated, pour into a bowl and savor this hearty wholesome meal!
