Brown ground beef using a George Foreman grill or non-stick fry pan.
Pat burger with a paper towel to remove all grease.
Crumble burger and place in a small saucepan.
Add canned tomatoes, water, stevia, chili powder, onion powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
Stir together.
Cover with lid and simmer on low heat for about 10-15 minutes until warm, stirring frequently to avoid burning.
